Spring Challenge with my Starfish team begins tomorrow - trying out blogging/meal prepping this time

Just finished meal prepping for 3 weeks of lunch and dinner - made lots of soups, chili, picadillo, grilled fish/turkey and grilled veggies. Bought enough prepping containers, to easily organize my meals. My freezer is full!
Using My Fitness App this challenge - entered in my recipes too. Bagged all my smoothie fixins too. Cold teas, boiled eggs, salsa, hummus, guacamole, cut veg/fruits, dressing, cashew milk, and chia pudding in the fridge. Mixed nuts, dried fruit, canned tuna/oysters/sardines in the pantry and water stocked. By my blender are is Vega smoothie mix and Collagen Peptides. Now, I can stay out of the kitchen lol!
