BLC 41 Goals

The BLC runs for 12 weeks, from September 4 to November 26.

By November 26 I will have lost 15 pounds from my starting weight on September 4. I will do the following to help me achieve this goal:

*I will use intermittent fasting and a low carb high fat diet, using healthy plant based fats.
*I will set weekly exercise goals that will encourage a gradual increase in frequency and duration.
* I will strength train 2 times a week.

This goal is relevant to me for several reasons. I had a total knee replacement June 24. I'm in the middle of my rehab and I already feel better than before but I want to be strong and fit and enjoy all the things I couldn't when my mobility was so limited before surgery. I want to be healthy so I can be active. I want to be lighter so my new knee will last longer and so my other joints last. I want to do everything I can do to deal with my osteoporosis. I want to be ABLE, physically, to substitute teach if i decide to do that. I want clothes shopping to be more fun! I'd like my feet to not hurt. I want a stronger back to protect my spine.

I will achieve these goals!
