It's been a busy week with doctor's and dentist appts for my mom, my husband and myself. No workouts this week and ate out once but managed to lose 2 lbs anyway. My mom's getting better about not pushing the cookies anymore and is instead expressing support and is happy that I have managed to lose weight. Am getting better about not eating after 7pm and eating healthier and smaller portions. Losing weight helps me to keep motivated about eating healthier.
I do have to get better about working out but I really don't enjoy exercise. It's staying light out longer and I'm looking forward to warmer weather hopefully soon. I don't mind the snow so much but when it's biting cold outside it's hard to motivate myself to get outside for a walk. I'm very good at finding excuses not to exercise indoors so need to get outside at least.
Not much else going on. More appts in the coming week for my mom (she has a number of specialists) but won't be as busy and hopefully I can get my lazy self back on the treadclimber. For today, it's running up and down the stairs doing laundry and cleaning house and maybe a walk after lunch while my mom has a nap.
