Where did the time go?

I can't believe it's been a month since I did a blog post. These were new for me this year, but I'd like to post with some consistency. I think I'm going to try for once a week and see if I can keep on track with that.

What's been going well? I've been going to the Y at least 2 times a week. I either go walking in the pool or using their new E-gym, which is a weight circuit. I really like both, so I'm thinking of how to add at least one other day in my schedule.

What's not going so well? I've been eating kind of at random - had some stuff that I knew wasn't the best choice, but had it anyway. Haven't been tracking as much either, which I know is not helping.

This week, I am refocusing my efforts. Trying to get in my water and keep the calories in under better control. My goal for this year is progress, not perfection. So any steps in the right direction are a plus in my book.
