Need to reign it in

So the past week or so I've been eating with reckless abandon - not really tracking much and knowing that I am not staying within my calorie range. I was in an "I don't care" kind of mood. Today is the day to brush myself off and reset to get back on track. Just logging in and reading the blog posts in my feed this morning gives me hope and let's me know it can be done.
Thank you to all of you for sharing - your blogs let me know we're all human, make mistakes, get back up again, and can reach our goals if we try.
