How do you spell inspiration?
Everyone has a different way to spell it. I like to spell it with music, art, and photography. Sometimes I do it by pretending I'm a world swimming champion. I am working on it for real!

There are so many ways!
What is your way?

I would love to learn your way of expressing how you share inspiration and inspire yourself.
I invite you to post it on our blogs and send me an invite. I would more than love it! Not only would I love it, but I also need it!

Here is a tidbit one of my staple inspirations
It is my son's selfie (believe it or not). I dressed it up to look at what I think is super cool. Every time I look at it, I swell up with strength and power. You will find out why. Here it is:

And here is an article that has changed the future vision of my life. It is my life's goal to win the GOLD in the Senior Olympics in my age group. Did you know you can join any number of Olympic competitions events if you are over 50 years old?
It's something to look forward to! LOL.

If this woman doesn't inspire you nobody will! LOL.

I have a handful of idols in my life:

MARIA MONTESSORI (First Italian woman MD and education revolutionary.
ANN SULLIVAN (Helen Keller's teacher and life-long companion)
MIEKO NAGAOGA, Centenarian Gold winner swimmer.

To commemorate my goal to achieve swimming stardom I was gifted a birthday card. It is a birthday card for a Centenarian. Yes, me! I am going to have my children sign it in advance. I will frame it on my wall to remind me if Mieko can do it, SO CAN I?

What is your inspiration?
