Day 3 Expanding my comfort zone!

Well, Day 3 came with more surprises. One of my challenges had me do chair yoga! Me, doing Yoga of any kind is a laugh. I Did yoga! It was kind of like stretching. I am good with that.

Tai Chi, and chair yoga are two exercises that I never really saw myself doing. Even though I see myself as a patient person, both of those take time. Time that you spend on yourself. Obviously, If I spent time on myself I would not need to loose weight. I spent so many years, just being a wife and a mother to four sons. Now a Nana to ten grandchildren. Who are my world! I want to be around for this family for as long as possible. So, I Have to make changes.

Making changes, means stepping out of my comfort zone. So, changes I will make, and as scary as that sounds, I am always up for an adventure! Because expanding my comfort zone is all about spending more time on me, so I can spend more time with that family!!

For all of you who have been so supportive on my journey, saying thank you for your words of encouragement, doesn't seem enough. So, I hope I can be as good of a friend to you all, as you are to me! Thank you!! Keep Sparking!
