My BLC44 BHAGS!

Setting My BHAGS (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) for BLC43 enabled me to have the best round I have ever had here. (and there have been A LOT of BLC rounds for me!!) I was focused and decided I was going to top my team and come in close to the top of the overall BLC. I was able to achieve both both goals (1 and 2 respectively) and loose enough weight that put me finally into a "normal" BMI range.
I know that having less to lose to get to my overall goal will mean a real dialling in on my habits. I am willing and able to do this. So I am looking at what I did last round and applying them to this round!! My goals for this round are: Lose 10 pounds (this will mean I will attain my goal weight), 2 mile daily "mental health" walk, 5K a week, in house morning exercise (2 ST/week and 4 Cardio).
Specific - I am starting my day with EnergyUp online workout videos(energyup.co) I am book-ending my day with an evening 2 mile walk. Once a week I am completing a 5k. All this is supported by my Plant Based Whole Food (PBWF) eating with emphasis on veggies, fruits, whole grains and starchy veggies. My meals are planned in advance and posted on my cabinet door.
Measurable - I am using my fitbit to record my workouts and walks. I am using MyFitnessPal to record my foods..
Achievable and Relevant - I am capable of following these BHAGS because I know how good I feel by living and eating this way. Because of my changes last round I have been taken off my BP meds and I will continue to live this way so I can have a discussion with my GP of the need to take under active thyroid medication. I want to remain flexible and mobile.
Timestamp - I am taking this week by week with a view to evaluate and improve with additional learned information.
