Prepping For the Week

I am not sure I prepped enough for a whole week but I got a good start and lost 6 pounds this week.
I cut up and froze my sweet onions, red onions, and bell peppers.
Browned my Lean Turkey meat for quick and easy meal preparations.
Mixed and made my half lean turkey/lean ground beef meatloaf muffins.
and pressed and froze my lean hamburger patties for an additional meal.....
Tonight we will be having a routine chicken strips cooked on the grill in our foil packets. I'm all for the simple clean ups!
