Dessert Today!

Made Apple Crisp today so I could eat some dessert since I have avoided it all week. My crisp has very little sugar and more rolled oats than anything else (in the topping)
Have tracked all week , usually being below 1000 calories and know from past experience that I will lose better on 1200 calories. If only I could get more exercise! See what scales say tomorrow.
