2021 goals

Wow, I hadn't realized the last blog post was before the world went crazy!

I really wanted to lose 10 pounds during the pandemic but instead just lost and gained the same 5 pounds over and over and over again!

A few months ago we bought a spin bike and I'm totally obsessed. I eat low carb for the most part and sometimes do intermittent fasting.

My goal for 2021 is foremost to lose 10 pounds! After the holidays I was up to 127. During the pandemic I have not been able to get below 120. It took me an entire year after Jeremy was born to lose 20 pounds so 10 pounds may take 6 months but I just really want to prove to myself that I can do it.

I got an apple watch a couple months ago and that is keeping me motivated to do at least 40 minutes of exercise a day (I take one rest day a week). I have to be better at drinking water and not overindulging in late night snacks.

So, in list form my 2021 goals -

Lose 10 pounds
Drink more water
Continue low carb
Exercise at least 40 minutes a day with one rest day a week
Sleep 7-8 hours a night

Hope 2021 will be a better year for all of us!
