Still feeling motivated. Changed schedule to have enough time in the day 5am rise and shine with a big glass of water, yoga, bf oats and a protein shake and lots of water, then off to aerobics. So good so far! Please dear Lord let me stay on track.. so needed! Need tips for air fryer need to start using it 🤔
