#75Hard Challenge - Days 15 - 19
Tuesday, January 19, 2021
It's been a few days since I've posted an update. My dear friend's husband passed away on Saturday from COVID. I've kept on track with #75Hard however just doing it quietly from my corner of the universe.
I'm really enjoying the two workouts each day, listening to my body each day to see what type of movement I feel like doing. Today was a brisk walk on my garage treadmill watching Bridgerton and then my 2nd workout was 1.5 hours on my pilates reformer. Absolutely delicious movement. But the past two or three days, I've simply walked on my treadmill for each workout, moving as quickly as my body felt like going.
My readings are intriguing as well and I look forward to them each day.
I hope you all are doing well and that you and your families are safe and healthy.
Details of #75Hard:
1. Follow a diet
1a. No alcohol or cheat meals.
2. Two 45-minute workouts.
2a. One must be outside.
3. Take a progress picture every day.

5. Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book.
75 consecutive days. No deviation from this list at all. Miss one thing, have to start over at Day 1. Read 9 pages, start over. Miss one workout, start over. Gulp.
