#75Hard Challenge - Days 20 - 28

Hello, SparkFriends!

I hope you all are doing well. I'm here, on Day 28 of my #75Hard Challenge, feeling very grateful. There have been days that I would not have worked out.....definitely. But I did them just because I have this commitment. I am very proud of myself.

The scale isn't moving...just holding steady. But that's fine by me. I am looking for the long-term lifestyle, or even the body, that comes along with habits repeated consistently, without falter. The scale doesn't matter right now to me.....I am not giving up on this. I make the choice today, just as I have for the past 27 days, to do the hard things....even when I don't feel like it.

Details of #75Hard:

1. Follow a diet
1a. No alcohol or cheat meals.

2. Two 45-minute workouts.
2a. One must be outside.

3. Take a progress picture every day.

4. Drink one gallon water

5. Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book.

75 consecutive days. No deviation from this list at all. Miss one thing, have to start over at Day 1. Read 9 pages, start over. Miss one workout, start over. Gulp.
