I have been taking a diabetes nutrition class and the last one we get to test out Freestyle Libre 2 which is a continuous blood sugar reader. The sensor is attached to my arm and I am finding out I stay high in my blood sugar readings, over 200 most of the time. I didn't adjust my eating, fast food. I wanted to see what happens. Now I need to start actually coming up with balanced meals. Low carbs and high protein.
I know I need to really cut down on fast foods and when I do eat them make better choices like take off the buns on hamburgers. Eat salads which a couple have really good ones. Cook more at home. Also I need to actually get outside and walk. And there are a couple of chair exercises I can do.
