Why do I need to lose weight?

I am no spring chicken. I can not work out like I used to back in the day. Currently I have recurring issues with my knee. I have pulled my back and my shoulder. I am starting to realize that I am aging. I don't consider myself to be old, but I think I am starting to act old. I need to do this now. Here are my reasons:

If I sit on the floor, I need to really exert some effort to get back up. It isn't pretty.
If I get sick and the paramedics need to get me out of my bedroom, they will have a horrible time carrying me down the stairs. Think COVID
If I need surgery, I don't want them to have to cut through a bunch of fat to get to my insides.
I don't want diabetes.
I have osteoporosis. I don't need a lot of weight hanging off my bones.
I am going to Hawaii this summer. I will be doing a lot of walking and it will be hot, I can not lose all of my weight by then, but I would like to be under 200 pounds.
I am tired of buying my clothes in the plus size section. I want more choices.
I can't stand looking at my chin on zoom.
I get tired too quickly. I want more energy and stamina.
I don't want to worry about taking up too much room on an airplane.
I want to look in the mirror and not think I look like a pregnant lady.

There are more reasons, but this will do for now.
