#75Hard Challenge - Days 29 - 35

Hello, SparkFriends!

I hope you all are doing well. I've had a pretty great week. All goals of the #75Hard Challenge are being reached every single day. I am really proud of myself. Some days have been challenging and other days it's just "what I do"....you know, NORMAL. LOL I love it. It's just what I was hoping for and I'm so grateful I still have 40 more days to really solidify the habits. The scale isn't really moving but I can see changes in my body from the consistent daily movement. My skin is so much softer and clearer from drinking a gallon a day of water. I'm learning so much from my reading and enjoying the excuse to slow down. I am very grateful for my life. Very grateful.

Details of #75Hard:

1. Follow a diet
1a. No alcohol or cheat meals.

2. Two 45-minute workouts.
2a. One must be outside.

3. Take a progress picture every day.

4. Drink one gallon water

5. Read 10 pages of a nonfiction book.

75 consecutive days. No deviation from this list at all. Miss one thing, have to start over at Day 1. Read 9 pages, start over. Miss one workout, start over. Gulp.
