February’s Goals

This is my first blog for the February Aspire/Inspire Buddy Support Group challenge. I am on the Cream Colored Ponies team. For blog 1 participants were asked to blog about last months results and goals for this month.

January in Review
~I decided it was time to make some changes and I came back to Spark People after a time away. This time though, I realize I can’t do it all right away. I want to focus on creating a good foundation of healthy habits and build from there. I found an incredible team - Aspire & Inspire and they do exactly that.

February Goals
~Exercise: 10 minutes minimum 6 days/week
~Food: Track 7 days/week
~Water: 8 glasses a day 7 days/week
