For the second week in a row I hit the 'Rest Your Goals'. I can't seem to stick with this for even 2 days. I'm so angry with myself. I see so many people having such great success and I wonder if I'm not meant to have the same success.

I told myself today if I can't make it this week then I am done.

    Is it possible you are jumping into this with too many goals to start out? Please don't quit! Changing to a healthier lifestyle can take time and effort. Try setting one small goal this week and concentrate on reaching that. Your goal could be something like tracking every bite you eat--concentrate on tracking no matter if you eat within your recommended nutrition ranges--the goal is to just get in the habit of tracking. Or your goal could be doing 10 minutes of fitness 3 days this week. Make your goal something small, meaningful and achievable. Then next week you can add a new goal or increase the one you used this week. One at a time, slowly but surely, you can do it!

    Just focus on what you can do and try to stay positive. Don't give up on yourself!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
