Im really doing this...woot woot.

My motivation is revving up every day. Spending time on spark, reading the articles, talking to people on the spark teams and community feed really winds you up and gets you on a good track again.

I'm so pleased to be able to say, I have tracked my food every day and eaten healthy, I have exercised 10 minutes or more every day. That is a huge accomplishment for me and. been active on the community feeds and in the NEW Team.

I haven't been outside walking yet, but when my arms are better and the weather too. I'm looking forward to getting back to my dog's daily walks. Poor boy, he has not had a lot of walks, since i was injured I was afraid of falling and breaking something else. Friday is even more excited about the resumption of walks but he has been my steadfast friend. Helped me get out of the forest when I fell and broke my arm and then laid beside me in my bed while i was feeling so miserable.

Knowing he needs exercise as much as I do is also a motivator to get moving.

Friday and I want to thank Spark guy and all our sparkie friends.

    So sorry about your arm. I have to admit, tracking food and exercise is helping to keep me accountable. I'm looking forward to walking outside too.
