Every day you have a choice

No matter what we make choices every day. Should I have salad or French fries. Should I walk or should I forget it today. Should I shop today or do the laundry. Sometimes we make choices that are good for our weight loss and sometimes we dont.
I am going to continue to walk, do weights 3 times a week and eat a moderate diet. I will not give u because the scale is not moving. I will not.
