It's been a really busy couple of weeks.

Since the last blog entry I have had to wear all the hats.... ALL. OF. THEM. (Some at the same time.)

I have been busy and admittedly a bit run down. I have been running like a chicken with my head cut off for two solid weeks straight. Between IEP/JPT meetings for my oldest daughter, changes in my work supervision structure, changes to the house hold, my husbands work schedule, and trying to get our house de-cluttered.... it's been a bit much.

I need to take some time for me, soon. I need to schedule it and make it a priority because self care hasn't been my strong suit as of late.

So that's my goal for today. I'm literally going to schedule ME time. Be it a trip to the gym. An hour in the bath. Taking a personal day from work and still sending the kids to daycare.... what ever it may be. I need to make sure that I'm taking time to do the things that help me decompress. I live in a high stress, high need house... I work a high stress job that I can lose myself in if I'm not careful. I need to make sure that I'm taking care of myself so that I can be my best in all environments.

That's my goal. Now, it's time to drink some water, grab a bite to eat and start gearing up for my day.
