Day 15: Excited For A Fresh Start

I'm super excited for a fresh start. I went grocery shopping today and got all kinds of healthy food. I cleaned out my pantry and got rid of all the junk food. I planned my breakfast for tomorrow and have already tracked it. I have my workout already figured out for tomorrow, too. I'm ready to get back on the right track and start making headway again.
Eating High Quality Foods: I didn't eat high quality foods today, but today was kind of my last day eating junk food. So I'm over it now. I checked the ingredients on everything else and I got high quality foods on everything I bought so I'm really prepared from here on out.
Accurately Measure & Track Food: I'm trying to track. I tracked for most of today. Going to track to track all of tomorrow and keep tracking. Doing pretty well measuring for the most part. It's always a hard habit to get back into at first.
Drink at least 64 ounces of water: Going to try to drink more water. I haven't been drinking much lately.
Non-Scale Victory: My biggest nonscale victory lately is trying to get back on track. I'm still here and still trying.
Fitness: I've gotten back into fitness. I did a 30 min workout this morning and will be doing some yoga tomorrow.
Sleep: Sleep could probably be better. I'm off my schedule again.
Quit Progress: Smoking a little more than I should be again, but trying to cut back.
Meditation: Trying to get back into meditation.
Inflammation/Bloat/Weight Loss: Bloat and inflammation are up. Haven't weighed myself in a while.
Tired right now but have a lot I want to accomplish tonight.
