Weather: Gorgeous outside with lots of sunshine and clear blue skies. Not a cloud in the sky. Temp about 47 degrees it went up three degrees since the last time I looked.

Wednesday's log: Wednesday was a good day. I was up early around 7:30 and worked on my morning pages.

At 8:30 I had my telehealth meeting. I told my psychologist my adventures in tooth ache, and pulled over the weekend. It was a very unpleasant three days, but they are over. We talked about relaxation exercises, and stress exercises.

At 9:30 I left to run my errands. Took the bus up to Community Bank on Pearl street, and took out some money after checking my balance. Walked down to Kinney Drugs and picked up my prescription, and some sudafed. Caught the next bus after that. Stopped at Starbucks. They didn't have indoor dining or anything set up outside so I had to take my coffee to the bus stop to sit, and waited for the next bus. I had finished my coffee before the next bus arrived. The driver was one of my favorites. We talked until I got off the bus at the Winooski stop.

Went to Commodities for Half and Half, butter and water, and then stopped at the nearby Deli for iced tea. Tried to sit outside in the sun to do some reading but there was a chill still in the air, and the wind was cold as well. Didn't stay out for very long, but did get some reading done.

Walked home, and had lunch.

Goal log: Got all my goals done

Exercise log: 45 minute walk

Reading log: Molecular Virulogy, Unsolved Mysteries, Atlantis: Bermuda Triangle, The Necromancer's Library

My goals for Thursday are:

15 minutes of housework
2 hours of learning
2 hours of reading
2 hours of writing
45 minutes of exercise
writing in my journal/log
getting up at or before 8:00
getting outside
getting in a walk
