The distance between your dreams and reality is action

Today I almost had anything for breakfast but decided on
sausage , veggies , and egg and cheese in a cup.

Today I almost cut my walk short. After I was done talking to
my daughter on the phone, but played my music , cleared
my thoughts and walked for an hour,

Sometimes those thoughts get loud. It's hot out here I should
go home. I am a little tired I should go home, I think I'm thirsty
I should go home, When i walked on after totally silencing my
thoughts my walk became easier, my breathing more steady
I probably could think my way into a full blown anxiety attack
Emptying my mind and playing loud music with a beat helps,

When I came home I wanted a tuna sandwich on bread . I decided
on a tuna melt with yogurt instead of mayo, on an englsih muffin,

I then roasted some Brussel sprouts and brocolli. I also fried some
peppers onions and mushrooms before they went bad. To add to
dinner and later meals,

I am glad I took some action to have a better day , Sometimes those
little changes can add up to big changes . One step at a time, Keep
