Battle in my brain

20 minute walk

The walk was just around a few shoe stores. I ordered a pair of Sketchers. They didn't have my size so they ordered them. My feet match my body, short and fat. lol Other than to get shoes, I have been resting my legs. I see my doctor next week so will discuss the shin splints with him.

There is a battle going on in my brain. I know I have to rest my legs but I know if I don't use them they won't get stronger.

Ate too much today. I feel bloated. Yesterday, we bought me some tshirts from Costco in a 2x. I tried them on this morning and they are too small. Nothing has budged since November. UGH

    Yes, balance and moderation are important. I like the idea of chair exercises as you can get a workout including legs without a lot of pressure on them.

    I hope your doctor is able to help you find that balance between pushing hard enough to make progress and not overdoing it! You could always do a core/upper body day on leg rest days so you're still making progress!
