Good morning. First let me apologize for my many typos yesterday morning, I was cringing when I came back late in the day to check in.
So I've been sitting here staring at a blank page unable to consolidate all the feels from yesterday. While I know perfect is an abstract idea, yesterday was about as close as it comes, even without a Ryder video call. I think from now on I will refer to this as Sedona.
Let's get food out of the way...breakfast/lunch my hiking staple a banana with peanut butter wrapped in a low carb wrap, dinner a shared experience of pork carnitas and chicken tamales, delicious. My exercise a glorious hike in Sedona with a kindred spirit/friend I met on my healthy journey, a combination of a simple walk through the forest and a short intense climb/scramble. I've met many amazing people along the way, some very explanation. Our original plan was drive to Sedona, visit the Chapel of the Holy Cross, the a hike in Oak Creek Canyon. That quickly changed as we (I) enjoyed my dark chocolate iced coffee staring at the majestic mountains and Cindy suggested Devil's Bridge...and so the balance of good an evil idea was born.
There is so much bubbling inside of me trying to escape, if you are inclined to want to come along click the link, if not I bid you adieu for today with these thoughts...
Some things are nowhere near as scary as we make them out to be. Have a blessed day. Namaste.
