Getting back to basics-overdoing strength training-weekly review

My stress level has gone down which is what I wanted two weeks ago. I think I have been overdoing strength training. Some of my water exercises I think may really be a form of resistance training. I hope to make walking my cardio. My fitbit shows lots of cardio activity walking, I know people need a days break when doing resistance training. I think I will make cardio days my Y days and do a short amount of PT exercises other days.

Goals for the week.
1) stay within calorie range
2) cut out one cup of coffee,
3) stay within calorie range
4) do bridge, side leg raise, calf rise separate day from Y

Log Term Goals
1) cut coffee consumption in half
2). Study current exercises
3) Learn Qi Gong
4) Add strength training for arms.

Knee Exercises to do two or three days a week
1) Bridge(core)
2) Single leg bridge(core)
3) One leg raise(
4) Side leg raise(core)
5) step-ups
6) clams
7)squats with weights
8) Beth Sandin routine
9) hamstring curls
10) inner thigh press with pillow/outter leg raise
11) airplane(core)
12) genie/kneeling(core)
13) calf raises(core)
14) lunges

Morning Routine:
1) 9 stretches
2) 5 minute meditation
