Reviewing my knee exercises/strength exercises

While I have been pretty good about exercising, I find it hard to fit in my knee strengthing exercises. In a perfect world, i would do it on the days I go to the pool with my husband. However, I dont have the time to do it. A complicating factor is that strength training needs a day of rest.
the ideal days for doing it would be Monday and Wednesday. We don't go to the Y those days. These are the exercises I would like to do on a strength day:
1) Glute Bridge
2) Side leg raise
3) Squats with weights
4) calf raise
5) step-ups with weights.
