Hard to keep good habits

I have lost about eight pounds which for me is as an effect because I am slow. It maybe in part because thinks are opening up and I am doing more but I notice that it is a struggle to hold on to good habits such as tracking food and doing my morning stretches. I think my goal for the year will just to hold one to tracking, morning stretches and some knee exercises until the end of the year.
