Good morning friends. Got in another great workout to start my day. First time with Steve. Good intensity a lot of an focus. Showered, grabbed a protein shake and some yogurt to eat, wrapped up a few loose ends at work and off to the airport.
Grabbed a hummus and roasted pepper sandwich for lunch before boarding our flight. Very uneventful, except the three obnoxious people behind us who turned out to be much older than they acted. Thankfully the pull of an airplane always rocks me to sleep unless I resist. This time I did not put up a fight.
Arrived got our rental car and headed straight to the bnb. I shouldn't say this because of my job, but I don't think I ever want to stay in a hotel again. We drove the length of the private driveway to come upon our home base in a peaceful setting less than 10 miles from the airport.
I repeated the phrase this is perfect, I'm so happy we did this multiple times. The space is lovely inside too. No stove, microwave, toaster oven and mini fridge on and an outdoor grill...which suits me just fine. Meals home very health conscious to allow for more extravagant choices on the road.
Grabbed dinner at an Asian Fusion restaurant shared steamed mini like tiny mini dumplings the some spicy tuna and salmon rolls and yellowtail sashimi and a small salad.
Stopped at the local market to pick up a few things, they provide coffee and ceresl, oatmeal and some packaged snacks...I grabbed hard boiled eggs, light and fit yogurt, apples, bananas and he grabbed chocolate brownies and some other high sugar treat, can't remember at the moment...whatever...we agreed on cheese and crackers and blackberry wine.
Had a glass of wine outside under the moon as the whipperwill enrolled and the water from the standing fountain flowed gently. Every once in a while the but zapped went one to a painful death to keep things exciting😁😆
Slept peacefully and soundly, both my body and fitbit agree 😇.
Off to explore the South...great things are going to be happening today. Have a fabulous day! Namaste.
PS Ryder was a cheerleader for his cousin's baseball team so won the championship last night.
