i'm not model spark member, but what everyone has told me is to take pride in your small successes! it seems to have kept me less crazy. we all have bad days/weeks/months~ we wouldn't be here if we didn't! so get back on that horse and relax! you're making changes, and it doesn't have to all be at once! think long term!

now about that pepsi.... could you try switching to diet at least? you'd save yourself alot of calories that way- even if you're taking in the sugar... :)

Well, you know that you should not beat yourself up over that! I do that kind of stuff all the time but if you get back in the game now, you'll still knock off the pounds. You have to find things to keep your hands busy and drink more tea such as green tea. Load your food or omelette's made with "Eggbeaters Southwest Style" or"Cheese and chive " with tons of veggies to fill you up. Green peppers, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, zucchini, what ever you like. Try some of the vegetarian soy "meats" with it such as the chili or sausage. Eat lots of hot veggies by Green Giant in the freezer section of your store, Walmart if you shop there. Don't use butter on them but "I can't believe it's not butter substitute. You'll fall back on track. Eat oatmeal or cream of rice or wheat for a snack with a little brown sugar. You have to eat to lose weight.
