getting easier

learning to be healthy is getting easier i'm making healthier choices in food although i do indulge at least once a week my pepsi addiction is gettin better at the most 2 a day once in awhile 3 i've got myself doing strength training every day plus 60-100 sit ups and at least 45 minutes of serious cleaning not seeing any changes on the scale but i am seeing changes with the tape measure so somehting has gotta give pretty soon
