emoticon I started 25 yrs. ago with Idiopathic Neuropathy, no known cause, and no cure. It started in my toes and now has progressed to just below my knees. I've had all kinds of tests but none show any kind of autoimmune disease to be causing it, and I am thankful for that. I don't take any meds just vitamins and supplements. Nighttime is when it rears it's ugly head but when I get out of bed and walk for a few minutes, I am able to get some relief from the pain. This past year I've been eating clean and notice a good amount of relief from the stabbing zaps. I look forward to sharing my experiences and learning from others. emoticon
