I LOVE this team! GREAT videos! I've been with SP since 3-16-2012, I haven't gained any time, yet! I don't plan on it either! I have stayed the same for several weeks at a time, but I'm OK with that!

Hi, my name is Diane: I decided to dedicate myself to myself and my health in 2013. So I went through SP spark pages and blogs and found such enthusiasm and success right in front of me. This site amazes me and apparently a lot of other people, and all I have to do is seriously work the program, walk the walk. Hi, my name is Karen. I'm 47, married and working full time. I've had a lot of upheavals and stress in my life and over the past two years gained back the weight I had lost - close to 60 lbs! I am pushing the excuses out of the way and recommitting to me and my health. DH is very supportive and on a healthy journey himself, but different than mine. Hi everyone. I'm Cindy. I lost ALMOST to my goal weight about 2 years ago - then all h**l broke lose in my town of Joplin when the tornado hit. I've moved twice, lost my Dad, and changed jobs - while completing my degree and helping my kids to stay afloat with all the changes they've dealt with as well. I tried last fall to restart, but fell off again after just a week or two. I know this program works, and am SO ready to get back in gear. Hopefully this challenge will motivate me to get my booty back on track.

Hi everyone. I am Bonnie. I just celebrated my sparkversary on Dec. 11 and today is my birthday. I basically stopped exercising except for walking and stairs on November 4. I have to get back to it. My arms are starting to jiggle like jello when I move.

My name is Amy and I have been with Spark People for a long time. I closed my account a few months ago and then started back up recently. My goal is 20lbs by my birthday, the end of March and then 60lbs by summer. Right now I am at 192 but I am only 5'5" so not healthy at all. I am determined this year to make a whole life change. Hey everyone! I have been a member of sparkpeople since 2009 but I have lost my way in the last year after dealing with a miscarriage and lots of family/marriage stress. But now that things are back on track with all of that, I feel like it is time to return to focussing on me. I also have a 2 1/2 year old who is watching me all the time and so far my example in the food and exercise has not been good. So here is to a new year and a new and healthy me and my family!

Hi my name is Barbie I am a working mom of to lovely boys. I am that type of person that other people's things to do are more important then mine.. so i have thought about it for a while and I think that i should think about me.. I have started the plan on the tracking organizing but now i need to get exercise in ..so for 2013 I will make a routine to get moving .. I did this challenge last year and it really boosted my motivation to stick to my plan - I joined a goal every month until there were no more to join.

I want to lose 17 pounds this year - I lost 17 last year and have kept it off.

Hello. I am Renee. I just turned 52 and the extra pounds do not come off and muscle mass disappears. I want to regain strength and flexibility while loosing some inches and pounds this spring. Time to get physically moving again, but I work full time and am exhausted at night. I lead a very busy life but need to make healthy eating choices and exercise my priority. Hello Everyone!!!!

I am needing a kick start in the right direction for the new year. I need to get active and I hate to exercise lol and start to eat more healthy as I have gained several pounds due to lifestyle and work. My main goals for the upcoming year 1. lose 30 lbs 2. become more physically active 3. join a local CSA and cut out processed foods as much as possible. I am a big foodie so cooking and trying new things will not be a problem. Looking forward to using the site more and accepting the challenge!

I used to be very active too. I turned 52 this year and ever since I turned 50 I have gained 20 lbs! I am sick of it. I promised my granddaughter Chloe that I would take good care of myself so I Challenge and I plan can meet her kids.
This is my 2nd try at this challenge and I plan on getting my trophy this time. I am following the plan, getting involved, and trying to get someone else to do this with me too.
