Hi, Mary, and emoticon to the I Need Sleep Team. You're definitely on the right team to help you become a better you. emoticon

Like most folks who are overweight, you have trouble sleeping. Next to the nutrition tracker, your new best friend will be your Sleep Journal. Write down everything you do to tell your mind and body it is time for sleep. Turn off the TV and computer about an hour before bed. Also write anything you might be worrying. You are 'programing' your mind (computer). Hopefully you can convince your kids to get on this schedule too.

Drinking 8 glasses of water is a must. Give up the soda pop--just plain bad for you.

Best of luck. Write and let us know how you're doing. We care.

Hi! You do it. I have tried and tried and here I am trying again. It is hard when you are a single mom, plus work at Chilli's. Just smelling and seeing all that food probably makes you crazy. Well, I am hungry right now and thingking about it makes me even more hungrier. I am disabled and had 2 total hip replacements this last year. It feels good to just be able to walk. I bet you walk your legs off. I been in a situation like that too. I bet that by your birthday you'be down. When in Sept. is your birthday. I think you should take each day at one time at a time. You didn't put the weight on over night,, and it i better if it actually comes off slowly. Rember, you can't but be under a lot of stress. You need to take time for yourself. Believe you wilol and can do it. Have a great day!! emoticon
