I am working on getting back on track. In the past challenges have really been helpful at keeping me motivated. I chose this one because it seemed manageable. Not so overwhelming.
I will do my best to stick with it.

I decided to rejoin SparkPeople after receiving a membership to Silver Sneakers, an exercise program for seniors under a Medicare Advantage plan. I have a habit of not completing challenges so I hope this time will be different.
