Hi all,

I'm excited to be part of this group! I am starting my raw journey... trying to eat 2 raw meals a day to start off. I have a hunger question I'm hoping you guys can help me with... I had a big 32 oz smoothie this morning for breakfast, but I was still hungry just a couple of hours later. When I tallied up the calories, there were about 700+ in my smoothie. Is it normal to feel more hungry after raw meals when first starting? I was shocked to feel hunger again, despite the calories and all of the fiber.

The smoothie had spinach, 2 bananas, raspberries, blueberries and 5 dates and some almond milk, if that is helpful!
