I ended the month on a plateau but I actually had a successful month, the first in a long, long time. Unfortunately I also ended the month with a binge day, so am starting October at 162.5

Congratulations to all the losers, and here's hoping October brings better results to those who didn't win the battle of the bulge in September.

someone PLEASE tell me how to get out of this rut! I have this urge to just nibble and snack ALL DAY LONG! My brain is telling me not to eat, but I eat it anyway. I have never done this before. So now I have 37 ibs. to lose. :(

Working on it hard this week! We are leaving for the beach Friday!! Excited about being smaller than the 168 that I started with before Spark!! I deff want to get in my walks when we are there, but I also know the eating is what might get me. YIKES!! I have already told myself though, that I STILL need to watch WHAT I eat AND how much. I'm going to give it my best shot! Will update yall when we get back. Sept 24th

When i started, I was at 150 pounds. Today was my first weigh in and I am now at 148 even. I have lost two pounds, so have 18 more to go.

I weigh everyday right now. Just to keep myself "in check" I know weight can fluctuate. But until I get it in my head that I can "do" this, I will continue to weigh daily. I can already tell from clothes that inches have gone away!! WELL...maybe not inches. LOL But enough! = )
I'll post my weight again Monday, because I like to see how I did over the weekends. Sometimes it is so hard to get thru the weekends.......for me that is.
