I measured today and very excited that I have lost 1/4 inch off my waist and 1/2 inch off my hips since last time!! Also 1.5 pounds down since last month. Slowly but surely moving in the right direction!!

MEASURE ???????????????????????? OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not sure my measurer is big enough .. I am not going to like the numbers, But I will do this b/c I committed to this group and the challenge ..

I actually measured myself yesterday (I wasn't part of team last month and didn't know about the 15th being our measuring day) and lost 1 inch on my thighs and waist. I may not be loosing the weight on the scale, but the tape measure is getting shorter! emoticon emoticon

On the 15th of each month, our challenge is always to measure ourselves. Keeping track of your measurements can be very motivational. This is especially true when the number on the scale isn't going down, but the measuring tape is.

Get out your measuring tape (or print out a free one online) and measure the areas listed below. Make sure to keep these numbers handy to compare for next month.

Areas to measure:

*Chest
*Bust
*Waist
*Hips

Optional areas to measure:

*Neck
*Upper arms
*Upper thighs
*Wrists
*Ankles
