Forgot to respond yesterday. I bought a stability ball and workout video. I did a 40 minute workout yesterday.
Coincidentally, today I went golfing for the first time in my life. I did nine holes and loved it!

Not exactly a new workout but different. My zumba instructor's Ipod was not working so we had to wing it she did some old songs for her but brand new to me. I got the best workout since my body was not used to the routine emoticon

Enjoy the journey.. it is a ride worth taking!

A new route for my walking, I have really gotten in a rut same walk day after day, in fact I go around 1 block 3 times, 2 times in one direction, and then go a bit farther and then back around the same block in a different direction, change up for sure today

you must have read my mind cause when i left the grocery store i said im gonna walk today a different route & thats just what i did then i get on here & thats a challenge for today...you know what they say,great minds think alike!!!!!
