Many of you will be attending events for valentine's and especially PI day. Plan ahead to exercise or find some caches to offset your pie count.

So Today is a day for us all to get out there and be active. Most of us are probably within driving distance of an event. Get out there and celebrate and get some walking/hiking minutes in and spread some holiday cheer.

MOGA 2014 GC491R5 coming March 29

This year it is in Ohio (instead of Missouri, Illinois and Indiana as in past years)
If the links below don't work, lookup GC491R5 on the geocaching site. Hope to see you there!

Geocache Description:

Good day, fellow cacher. Reports indicate that a number of top secret containers will be located around Athens County in southeastern Ohio. These containers are extremely sensitive and could be dangerous if they fall into the wrong hands (muggles). Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to make your way to the rendezvous point and find these containers before the enemy intercepts them.

In case you missed it, view the MOGA 2014 announcement video here.

View the sequel video here.

MOGA is teaming up with the Athens County Visitors Bureau and Ohio University for MOGA 2014. The 11th edition of the original MEGA competition will play out under a Geocaching: Impossible theme. Mission Central will be located at the Baker Center on the campus of Ohio University. Training missions will be conducted at Stroud’s Run State Park. See waypoints below for coordinates.

The Impossible Cache Force (aka MOGA 2014 Planning Committee) is monitoring the situation. Post a Will Attend log here or Watch this listing and you will receive crucial mission updates periodically.

For details about MOGA 2014 Safe Houses and Hideaways or to register, visit the MOGA website.
