How are you doing now Peacenik?

I'm eating mostly WFPB foods... some soy yoghurt and some vegan mayo and sometimes I steal some vegan cheese from my husband.. yesterday I sneaked 2 slices of bread while I am sensitivet to gluten... But, overall I feel I'm doing well.

My goals:
* to take a 30 minute walk at least 5 times per week.- succeeded in the past week!

* to get 420 minutes of exercise per week - in the past week I had 493 minutes.

* To eat 3 times per day.- failed - I am changing my goal to not eating at night for the time being. Succeeded with that in the past 4 days

My goals:

* to take a 30 minute walk at least 5 times per week.- I did this in the past week!
* to get 420 minutes of exercise per week - in the past 7 days I had 432 minutes of exercise.
* To eat 3 times per day.- this one is very hard. Didn't manage to do that at all. I have decided to keep aiming to eat 3 meals per day but to allow snacks for the time being, but to only have 1 fruit and/or vegetables when I have a snack.

Hi Zenmum! Nice to see that you joined in! Tomorrow is the first day of March.
How are you doing with your goals now?
How many cups of water / tea do you intend to drink?

I stopped eating flour last May... Relapsed a few times, mostly for a few days, one time for about 10 days. I can say that cutting out not just sugar but flour too really helped to diminish cravings and overeating.
