To receive: My parents healthy! Then an RV and vehicle to haul it, a trip to Japan. Best of all, a transporter so I could just beam from place to place and spend more time with my grandson and my parents.

To give for free, time is really my only option. I do volunteer a lot, and spend time with my parents.

I would give my time. I am a volunteer at NAMI "National Alliance for Mental Illness", and I also give my neighbors rides as some of them don't have cars. I also help clean the church when I am able.

Time is something to give that doesn't cost money. It's the one thing my parents (late 70's) want.

well, still on the receiving end of things - I would be so happy if we could find a house by Christmas. Who knew (not me, that's for sure) that finding the right house to buy was so hard.

Yes you can!

Wow, I like everyone else's lists. I would like a better imagination as a gift! But closer to reality; I would like some fashionable clothes to go with my more slender body. And I would love to travel around the world now that I can fit more comfortably in an airplane seat. And I would love to go on some of those "adventure" vacations now that I have more strength and stamina. And my kitchen is fairly new (the previous owners remodeled it just before we moved in in 1999), but my bathrooms and carpet could really use some upgrades.
Wonderful ideas, everyone. Keep up the great imaginations! You give me great dreams for the future. emoticon emoticon

Lora, I love hockey! But the only hockey here is Saturday morning men's hockey and some of them can't even skate. Grew up a Blues fan. Wish I lived where there's real hockey and had season tickets!

I would like Subaru Outback, a trip to Italy, North Carolina and Oregon, warm comfortable walking boots and snow, wind & rain repellent clothing (for walking the dog). A Pandora necklace, and camera lens are also on my wishlist.
For my house a new bathtub...

I would love to have the money to put in a fan in the bathroom & to fix the faucet so the bathroom sink has a better stream of hot water. I'd also love to pull the carpet out of my living room and all of my floors refinished.

A pandora bracelet, boots and clothes that fit round out my list. Unfortunately the clothes need to be in a bigger size since all I do is GAIN weight.

I know Christmas is not about gifts, but it seems like it. I also know that some people don't celebrate Christmas. For those who don't, feel free to play along, anyway.

What gifts would you like to RECEIVE with money and space not being a problem? What's on your Christmas wish list??

for me: clothes, Christmas gold-tone charm bracelet, a hair band, Archeological Bible, door mat, silly socks, daffodil bulbs, Christmas bowls, bio-identical hormone replacement, a Cocker Spaniel
