BeeBee - I too am on Pramipexole. I find it works most of the time. On days that we are getting extreme wet weather, I need something in addition to it though. On those days I take a single Levidopa Carbidopa. In between if it's bothering me somewhat and I've had my medicine, my husband will massage my legs rubbing in a cream from Yves Roche for Restless Legs.

10 STEPS TO SELF-CARE - If it feels wrong, don't do it; Say "exactly" what you mean; Don't be a people pleaser; Trust your instincts; Never speak bad about yourself; Never give up on your dreams; Don't be afraid to say "No"; Don't be afraid to say "Yes"; Be kind to yourself; Let go of what you can't control; Stay away from drama and negativity as much as possible. I have had RLS for 30 to 40 years, tried everything, been to many, many doctors. I now take Mirapex (pramipexole) and it helps better than any thing I have ever tried. RLs is a trial and error disease, what works for one may not work for another.

"This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. ........Psalm 118:24
