Started walking to work rather than taking the bus. Found a colleague who also walks. Nice to chat together on the way home. Having a fitness buddy is a great way to stay motivated!

I had my nephew over for dinner, I served pasta which he loves. But I loaded it with veggies, and I made a low fat turkey Italian sausage instead of pork. He liked it! (me too)

I stocked my fridge with healthy food! So glad the farmer's market has opened, lots of great fruits and vegetables. Plus I got free range chicken eggs, and ground turkey meat.

I did not eat the lunch after the awards ceremony because it was deep fried chicken, pancit made from white rice noodles, red rice made from white rice and lumpia which is deep fried. No salad no veggies except for the little in the pancit.
