I keep on doing them all the time over again!
I don't really count the days so seriously as when I first did. As long as you are doing something you're good!

I try every day to do my JM workouts but when I can't I'm not hard on myself I just pick right back up where I left off!

was pretty good at everything except push ups ...had to do modified.

I've got a cold so my energy is going toward recovery and marathon training. I do plan to get back to the Shred once I'm feeling better but it has been put on pause for now.

Day 1 (yesterday):
It's crazy how quickly you can lose the upper body strength for all of those push ups. I just did the Shred in Jan-Feb and already I can't do the entire push up set without pausing anymore. The rest of the level went well. Looking forward to doing it again today.

I'm starting the 30 Day Shred again today (round 2 - FIGHT!).

I've been running, training my body to go from couch to marathon, but I'd love to get some Jillian back into my routine. I plan on doing it every day for 30 straight days. I run in the mornings so I plan to do my Jillian at nap time.


How's everyone else doing with their 30 Day Shred?

I have 3 days left of 30 day shred! Then it is off to Ripped in 30! It is exciting to finally get through the whole work out series. I also see the changes. :D

Hey everyone, just started 30 day shred last Monday, and added Biggest loser cardio max Monday and Tuesday, but then saw JM's Killer thighs and Buns and started adding that to my shred as well... In a week my body has changed completely, it's a amazing, I can not imagine what I'm going to look like in 30 days... I'm loving it, and do it everyday with my 4 year old, my 3 year old watches on the couch, and my 18 month old does jumping jack in her pack n play!!! Love it!!! Been a Clean eater for over a year now, and lost like 10lbs in a week when I started, but then we moved to the UK, military, and now I'm back at it... You know how hard it is to find most foods here, yes they have great farmers markets but with three babies I don't get to go outside much because its sooo dam cold here!!! LOL

Anyway, doing great, feeling great and looking GREAT!!! Thanks Jillian!!!

Did level 1 for the second time today. Muscles are definitely sore. I was able to do more today though, I think it was because I knew what to expect.
