I did not amount to anything in the month of May. I am pretty sure I met my fitness minute goal, although I was not good about keeping track of it. My Fitbit updates my steps but I don't count anything other than actual exercise and I wasn't keeping track. I did not meet my weight loss goal- in fact I probably even had a small gain for the month. Yup, I've been a slacker!

My May goals are very simple:

Lose 5 lbs.
Drink more water
Get, at least, 1,500 fitness minutes

Well, I didn't meet all my goals. I only ended up losing 1.9 lbs. Did a lot of up & down in this category ~ through my own fault with my eating habits.

Did okay on the water issue, but will try to do better.

Met my goal for fitness minutes, ending with 1,815. Much better than last month.

My May Goals are:
Graduate from Easy Hikes to Moderate ones.
Lose 5 pounds
Eat more veggies

I achieved my goal for last month . Yay !
So here are May's goals
1 - lose three or more pounds
2 - get the "Gold" medal from my spark activity tracker 3 times
3 - Map out a 5k route and start training to RUN it ...

May Goals - 10,000 steps 28 of 31 days
Drink 8 10 oz.glasses of water every day
Strength train for minimum of 10 minutes 6 days per week
Begin 11 week Coach to 5K program again - ready for a 5K July 13
Weigh in each week SW 184 GW 175 9 lbs for May

Okay team, tomorrow is May 1st, making this a perfect time to set some new goals. Your goals can be anything- fitness minute goals, weight loss goals, healthy habits goals, or whatever you want to work on. Let's take some time to set some goals for the month of May.
