oh no below minimum is BAD! there is a minimum for a reason and when you go below it your body will just stop all progress. We need food as fuel if your car goes below E does it run anymore? I find sometimes it helps if a day or two during the week I'm at the HIGHEST limit. Then your body doesn't become accustom to that low range and plateau.

are you getting enough protein and fat? make sure that you are in your range for those first off. Are you getting enough carbs? that's the second thing to look at. One of these is probably low.

Am drinking plenty of water(glug glug) am eating three to four meals a day but am hungry a lot. I have lost 12 lbs since March 2009 , am exercising plenty but it gets hard to concentrate on much for long when I seem to be hungry most of the day. Any suggestions ?
