OK, not Keto friendly if you eat a cup of it or even a half a cup. I know a very successful person on occasions will add back a few things like quinoa, black beans, oats and even corn. BUT!!! only a tablespoon on a salad. If a person can stay down that low, it probable is not going to affect you that much. Another But, will it trigger in you wanting more, can you handle just that amount? It is a personal choice and when it comes down to it, your choice.
I have had similar things in a very small amount and stayed in Keto, but I can see that would be something I doubt I could stay away from if in my home.

Walk through your journey with a loving open heart and as well mind. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
Laugh, if at nothing else yourself.

quinoa wouldn't work for me. 39 grms carb/5 fiber. Just doesn't fit my keto macros.

Just read this article and it made me think maybe quinoa would be KETO-friendly? I always like it when I have it, but I haven't had it so often that I'm totally familiar with how my body responds to it?
